In recent years, the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis family region has developed a summer programme that is unique in the Alps. Numerous attractions have been created and more and more mountain lifts have extended their operating hours.
In the 2026 summer season, a service contribution of
€ 7.50 per adult overnight stay and € 5.00 per child overnight stay (born between 2011 and 2019) for the Super. Summer. Card. in order to maintain the guest offer in the usual quality in the future and to promote innovative further development!
The extensive hiking and biking offer in combination with a variety of attractions for families and connoisseurs guarantee a unique summer holiday.
You get the Super. Sommer. Card. from us at Haus St. Christoph directly at check-in for the duration of your stay.
The prices are per unit per day including VAT, electricity, car park at the house or in our garage.

Our cancellation and payment conditions
Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival,
3 months to 1 month 40 %,
1 month to 1 week 70 %,
90 % in the last week.
The flats are ready for occupancy from 16.00 h on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 h at the latest on the day of departure.
On request - cleaning of the flat: 15,-- Euro for app. 3 and 7 or Euro 20,-- for app. 2,4 and 8
We offer our guests a large breakfast buffet!
Price per person and breakfast - 15,-- Euro (children up to 6 years free, children up to 10 years 9.00 Euro)
