From 20.12.2025 to 2.1.2026 - Christmas/New Year - price according to table

From 3.1. to 23.1.2026 - mid-season - price according to table -10%

From 24.1. to 6.4.2026 - high season - price according to table

From 7.4. to 12.4.2026 - after easter - price according to table -15%

Our cancellation and payment conditions

Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival,

3 months to 1 month 40 %,

1 month to 1 week 70 %,

90 % in the last week.

The prices are per unit per day including VAT, electricity and use of the sauna, but plus the visitor's tax of 3.70 euros per person (from 15 years) and the final cleaning of 90 euros for flats 3 and 7 and 100 euros for flats 2, 4 and 8. The flats are ready for occupancy from 16.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hours on the day of departure at the latest. On request - cleaning of the flat = Euro 15,-- for app. 3 and 7 or Euro 20,-- for app. 2, 4 u. 8.

Short stay up to 4 nights = Euro 20,-- per unit per night for flats 3 and 7

Short stay up to 4 nights = Euro 30,-- per unit per night for flats 2, 4 and 8

We offer our guests a large breakfast buffet!

Price per person and breakfast = Euro 15,-- (children up to 6 years free, children up to 10 years - Euro 9,00)
